If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 calendar days of your receipt of the merchandise. Please call toll free (800) 496-2940 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This RAN must appear on the return slip as well as on the outside of the return package in order to process your return or exchange.
If you would like to exchange an item and are within the U.S. , shipping is complimentary (valid on Standard Shipping only.) Expedited shipping service is available for an additional fee. In the case where a customer requests a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment.
No packages will be accepted without a RAN appearing on the outside of the return package and all packages must be received by Gayla Bentley no later than 14 calendar days after the RAN is issued. All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached.
Any items returned without a RAN, received by Gayla Bentley later than 15 calendar days after the RAN is issued, or returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. No items may be returned to any specialty stores carrying Gayla Bentley .
Damaged or incorrect goods
If for some reason your order was incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you. Simply fill out the original packing slip, indicating whether you would prefer to exchange for another item or a refund, and mail it back to us. We'll replace the incorrect/damaged merchandise, shipped with our compliments.
Uneven exchanges
If the total value of your exchange is less than the total value of returned items, you'll receive the difference in the form of a gift certificate. Please be sure to specify the type of gift certificate you prefer on your receipt.. If the total value of your exchange is greater than the total value of returned items, please indicate the credit card to be charged for the difference.
Returning or Exchanging a Gift
If you have received a gift from Gayla Bentley Online that you would like to return or exchange, please include the receipt so that you can be credited the proper amount. You will receive an Online E-Gift Certificate for the amount paid by the sender.
To Return Items:
Use either of two methods to return merchandise to us. Instructions for returning an item are on the back of your packing slip; we have also included a convenient return label. Please indicate the reason for returning the item, using the reason codes listed on the front of the invoice.
I. UPS RETURN: Please wrap package securely, enclosing your packing slip with the item. Affix the UPS Customer Return Label provided on your invoice (be sure to make a note of the tracking number).
UPS offers two convenient return options:
- The $6.50 DROP OFF: UPS offers over 50,000 access points, including UPS drop boxes, the UPS store and other authorized shipping outlets where your package can be easily dropped off. Convenient Drop Off locations can be found at UPS.com or by calling 1-800-742-5877. You can also give your return to any UPS driver.
- The $8.00 PICK UP: For only $1.50 extra, simply call 1-800-742-5877 or visit online at UPS.com to have your package conveniently picked up at your home or office.
- Return via insured carrier for tracking purposes. We are sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D packages.
THE COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR MERCHANDISE CREDIT OR REFUND. UPS AUTHORIZED RETURN SHIPMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO OUR CUSTOMERS IN THE CONTINENTAL US.
II. RETURN VIA OTHER CARRIERS: Feel free to return your package via any other insured carrier you choose (Insure for Tracking Purposes). Please wrap package securely, enclosing your packing slip with the item. Use the Return On Your Own Label provided on your invoice.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise . If you return an item, we will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Please refer to your invoice for details. (Note: if your return disqualifies you from "multiple item" pricing, your invoice will be adjusted to the single unit price. Items returned on deferred orders will have the charges and credits processed at the time of the return.) For mailed returns, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund or credit, we'll issue a credit to your original method of payment less shipping and handling charges.
